HLSCC FACEBOOK PAGE: The Centre for Applied Marine Studies' RYA Level 2 Powerboat courses for Spring 2024 are currently underway and will continue through April 2024.

 This two-day, practical on-the-water course is taught primarily on 6.3m RIBs. The course aims to teach boat handling and seamanship in powerboats.

 It focuses on low-speed close-quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations.
